That was me. I forgot when I got it exactly. Looking back at my records it was July.
I have only put 3800 miles on it since then.

Its a great car but I usually take my service dog with me when I go out and the car is too loud and uncomfortable inside for my dog to ride in so as a result it rarely gets driven.

The owner is only required to change oil only when the oil life indicator says to do so. Many folks on this forum do the 500/1500/5000 thing (taking advantage of the 2 free dealer changes), and while this approach has some merit it's not required.

From the 2017 ZL1 manual:
"Engine Oil Life System
When to Change Engine Oil
This vehicle has a computer system that indicates when to change the engine oil and filter. This is based on a combination of factors which include engine revolutions, engine temperature, and miles driven. Based on driving conditions, the mileage at which an oil change is indicated can vary considerably."

The Manual also specifies a break on oil at 1500m, and the performance supplement specifies a change at 500m.

ZL1 Break-in procedures do recommend a 500, 1500 mile oil change.

I went by the oil life indicator in the car.
So, this was the first oil change and it now has racing valvoline full synthetic in it.
I also have a set of braided stainless steel brake lines that i did not install yet but will give with the car along with a full set of racing ferodo brake pads.

I would sell the car for $65K to make it happen. No one is getting a new one for that price.
The car has 7 K worth of a full clear bra sun tek wrap and crystalline coating and crystalline window tint on it.
I also installed the red billet aluminum jack points on the car.
It is a perfect car.
