Looking for dedicated race brakes.

Are C7 Z51 calipers and rotors the same as the 2017 SS 1LE?
I ask because I am looking to buy Brembo's Club Racing brakes.
There are not many vendors that are selling these to speak with.

AP is cream of the crop these days, they have really taken the time to make race tech standard in their kits AKB springs, 84-90 vane rotors, stainless pistons...
