jack points on the 1LE

traded up to a 24 SS1LE from a 2016 RS. I purchase the jack pads like i had on my 16 and put them on yesterday and realized the 1LE has additional support bracing under the car with lift points. When you guys lift your cars do you use the cross bracing points or stick with the pinch points with jack pads.

I typically stick with the pinch points and use jack pads for lifting my car.

Those are not lift/jack points, they are for the chassis transporter in the factory, only to be used while the drivetrain is not yet mated to the unibody. They won't be able to support the weight of the whole car (well, one corner at a time, but they can still cave in). Use the pinch welds at the 4 (+2) official lift points.

I have 2 floor jacks and start with the front simultaneously,
(ZL1 addons jack pads)

then jack the rear using a hockey Puck in the jack.
I lift the rear in the center of the beefy brace above the rear diff.
safe, strong place to lift the rear IMO..... ymmv

jack points on the 1LE

I lift the passenger side up on the 2nd pinch weld of 3 locations (under the door hinge) before putting two stands down under pinch welds 1 and 3. Then do the same on the drivers side. The second pinch weld spot will lift one side of the car up evenly.

Oh and use these:
