anyone know what size the nipple is on the top right of the intake manifold? I'd like to get a right angle adapter so the hose isn't at such an awkward angle.

I used the 45 degree fitting that came off the small PVC hose on the old manifold. Works great even with LT4 spacers.

A 3/8 vacuum or fuel line hose 90 degree elbow works so nice going into a length of 3/8 vac hose.

My builder capped that entrance. I just vent out both valve covers to my catch into the atmosphere. I don’t reintroduce any fumes/oil back into the engine. It’s a race set-up and not for just a stock car.

I have mine plumbed into a catch can, no oil mist going into the intake that way.

I've made probably over a hundred pulls between my 16 Camaro, 16 C7 and false knock is not unusual with these motors. So a little knock on one cylinder like you had in my opinion is nothing to worry about.
