Car has a super conservative tune in it right now. For the break in period we are going to leave the car where it currently sits and crank it up full send once we’ve done the break in and have the remaining HP fuel component. Currently the car is sitting at around 8.5 lbs of boost with low timing and running a little on the rich side for break in. Below you’ll see the numbers pretty impressive considering a proper tune will most likely Net another 30-50 rwhp alone not considering we’ll be swapping out the 3.625 for the 3.250 or 3.00 once we finish the break in and have the Holley stuff on hand. Another thing to note is the car was shut down around 6400 rpm which will change as well once break in is complete. Stay Tuned
Looking good! Put those griptec pulleys I sold you to good use and you’ll be over 900 WHP for sure!

Yes Sir that is the plan, break in and once we get the ecu in hand & installed we’ll see which one of those pulleys produces the best results. I’m impressed that with hardly a tune in it and only 8 lbs were at 772 it’s going to be a white knuckle learning curve on the street

Overbuilt for sure but should have some longevity and reliability

Updated Numbers

Will post anything additional when I pick up the car tomorrow. Tuner spent a little more time the past week on the Dyno and managed to get a solid 805rwhp with a tune he says isn’t 100% but is just fine for break in. Still running 91 pump gas and at 8-8.5 lbs of boost on the 3.625, Stay Tuned…

Yeah you’re not going to set the world on fire with 91 octane haha! But it sounds like things are coming along nicely.

Spring Update

So went for a short drive to a coworkers house today and added some style to the ride in the form of an Anderson Type AZ hood. Fitment isnt 100% yet but we're real close. Thermal wrap is on the hood, hood pins to come later more pics to follow as well. TSP416 is still in break in mode have about 150 miles to go weather permitting. Its cheduled for a May install on the Holley ECU that wad back ordered most of last year and remaining Secondary Port Injection setup and tuning. I purchased the Smooth Boost bypass valve to help with tuning and improve drivability. Looking to go Weld drag pack setup and make this a super nice weekend bracket racing car and a few cruise nights throughout the summer. Anyone know how involved adding line lock and 2 step is?? Are they major ordeal or pretty straight forward?

Looking good!

The SJM line lock kit was a straightforward install. Not a ton of room to work where the solenoids go, but no cutting of the brake lines thankfully.

I'll have to take a pic and shoot it over in a bit that's the general location where a lot of the fore components are mounted for my Crawford fuel system. Do you use a two step at all?

I don’t use a two step. I just pull timing in the low and midrange areas to blunt the massive torque hit off the line.

This hood just adds so much to the car. Love it!!! The bottom Pic is what happens from a third gear roll on from low rpm at about 30mph when that 800lbs of torque start to ramp up and she breaks loose leaving a subtle rubber trail.
