both of those are fine. The oil is approved and the PF64 is correct

Yes, you'll be okay.

That filter with part number 12696048 is the revised PF64, the old one (12640445) was better, but what are you gonna do... my last old one just got used up and it'll be 12696048 from now on.

If doing yourself, will you be using a lift or jack + stands? Pinch weld adapters are a really nice addition. I really like my ZL1addons pinch weld adapters and a magnetic pinch weld "puck" for jacking the car up on jack stands. Just something else to consider... good luck!

That is what I thought also. As long as it says ESP formula and not Dexos 2 your good in Mobil at least. Castrol says Dexos 2 but not ESP formula.

This is what you should be using.. Note it is an ESP Formula.. not just regular 0w-40

Plastic ramps are good, i'm a bigger guy so my low profile 3" ramps don't cut it for me. LOL

Dexos 2 is on the Castrol label so he is fine. Mobil 1 0w40 ESP is also Dexos 2.

yes but it can be Dexos2 and not be the ESP blend lol..
