Hello, I have a 2010 SS L99 with headers, CAI, and Tune. I noticed when doing test pulls my speedometer reads 40mph it jumps to 58mph then goes down to 48mph then goes back up to 60mph while accelerating. Has anyone else had this issue?

not exactly, ive noticed on mine that when decelerating the speedo will 'lag' between 35-40

I wish mine was that simple. After making a pull, my speedo will read 3 mph when I'm going 80-90. It will start working again once I come to a complete stop.

ZL1 addons wickerbill, smoked lenses, resonator delete x pipe, diode dynamics DRLs 1LE suede steering wheel, mighty mouse CC. SCTX4 and Dyno Steve tune.
