The screws and nylon spacers shown in the video are supplied as part of the "Sto N Sho" license plate bracket for the ZL1. They replace the factory screws.

License Plate Bracket screws

I presume you have the front license plate bracket that mounts to the vehicle...

As for the screws and nylon keeper... those items can be found on line in multiple places.... including here:

The screw is nothing but a longer version of the screw that it already in there. Under the car, find the screws that are on either side of the center and take one out. This is the the threading that you would need to match.

The white piece is nothing but a piece of nylon in a cylindrical shape. StoNSho includes specific thicknesses depending on the kit you buy, but they are all exactly the same diameter. They basically cut them to length for the kits off of a much longer single piece, and you could do the same (band saw, hack saw, etc.).

You could very likely reach out to StoNSho to ask what specific thickness spacer they include in the ZL1 setup to know exactly what size you would use, or just buy some nylon spacers / bushings that are at least about 3/4" (20mm) long and cut them down until you get the size you need.

Thanks guys

I just need thé lenght of the screw ... I think it’s really important cause I suppose that over thé screw there is the radiator.... for thé part in nylon... it’s ok I’ll find a solution with a nylon part or maybe caoutchouc one ...

The length of the screw should be easy to determine. Take the length of the stock screw and add the length of the spacer / bushing. If you're adding in a plate of some sort, account for that thickness as well.

The original screw is 25mm and has a 2mm washer. 23mm of insertion depth.

The kit came with 50mm screws and 4mm washers plus 17.5mm spacers. The plate for the mount is approximately 3mm thick. 25.5mm of insertion length.

Specifically, the kit states that it includes two 4.2mmx50mm screws for the base plate, but it doesn't indicate the pitch of the threads. The length of the screws that will be appropriate for your car will be determined by the total amount of material that they have to go through.

NOTE: All of this information is accurate for a 2020 2SS w/ the 1LE ground effects or similar (I have a EOS ZL1 Refresh Style front splitter that I added)

I think M4.2 screws are all the same pitch. I did some trial and error looking for longer screws to put splitter savers on my ZL1 and ordered some M4.2 screws and they are correct but did not state the pitch either.

Awesome guys... you’re really excellent advisors.. that exactly answers to my question...

The lenght is just my fear because of the radiator...
Thé system will be nearly same as StoNSho...

It would seem that it's the same, but I personally wouldn't use self-tapping screws. I believe that the screws go into "speed clips" and self-tapping screws could damage those.
