You would be better served hooking up a battery tender, connect the quick disconnect pig tail to the under hood jump point and ground and stick it out the grill. By the way, I admire you, Yves, for your tenacity and the sacrifice you made purchasing a ZL1 in France. It's an absolutely magnificent car, but at 120K+ euros also a tough pill to swallow. That sweet V8 sound, though ... and when the supercharger kicks in, I'm sure you forget about the price altogether
