I'm surprised one of you tuned guys haven't done a side-by-side compare of the stock file vs the tuned file in HPTuners. Everytime my tuner makes a change, it's the first thing I do....side-by-side and see what he's changed.

The tune didn't fix it for me that's why I'm going the clutch route. I have a ported SP,103 TB,Headers and a good tune and I still feel like I'm going to stall the damn thing.

i thoroughly enjoyed working on a road course to a level that 95% of drivers on the road simply can't comprehend, only to come home and sound like a derp just taking off from a stop.

i fixed mine with a cam/headers/tune. just couldn't do it any more

If I were you I would complain to my tuner. Any of the good ones should know how to correct the issue with the tune.

Tune does not control the non linear lack of feeling with the clutch. Maybe what I'm experiencing Is different than your problem. I have Learned to give it a little extra gas and to let the clutch out slower from a stop to compensate but a car with this much power shouldn't be like this.

I don't feel the clutch is non linear. I feel the throttle is non linear but mostly non responsive and not repeatable. I've gotten used to it and I can drive it fairly well but I used to drive all my manuals by being able to feather and change the throttle quickly. You cannot do this with the gen 6 stock tune. I'm hopeful that a tune will fix it in another 6 months when my 18's warranty is up. My plan is JRE for the tune.

There’s nothing else the dealer can do, which is what I expected. The only solution is an aftermarket tune. Definitely going to look into one when my warranty expires

JRE took care of mine.

I had my 2021 in for a complete stall and jerky start first thing in the morning. This happens in auto and manual shift from 1-2. The dealer provided the following document.

GM report #16-NA-361 information Harsh 1-2 shift upon first shift under light throttle.
This applies to Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC. 2016-2021.

The cause - condition is due to the initial clutch fill time of the 2-3-4-6-8 (C4) clutch.

Correction - Do Not replace any parts for this condition. This condition will not impact the designed performance or reliability of the vehicle.

So, I've been throwing around the idea of getting a tune. I spoke to several shops about the bogging issue. RPM says they can't fix the bogging completely with their tune because that's the way the car was designed. I'm still waiting for a response from Jannetty Racing. Complete Street Performance said the bogging is not normal which means there's something that is wrong with my car. For those of you who got their tune from Jannetty......did it fix the bog 100%?

I imagine that this issue happens just in the S.C. LT4 Camaro, not in the N.A. LT1

Incorrect, my NA LT1 has the same issue. It happens on any v8 with the M6.

I’ve heard this.

Sad GM refuses to address the issue & just says it’s not an issue, cause obviously it is, that doesn’t need fixing, cause it does, without having to void your PT warranty to rectify an issue that never should exist in the first place.

I somewhat understand why they tuned the car to prevent people from breaking suspension parts, but this issue affects regular driving. I emailed Ted from Jannetty, but didn't receive a response. I would really like to get rid of the bog at this point
