Not difficult, just a bit time consuming. The front bumper has to be removed for you to remove the headlights and fogs. There are tube videos to help with removing the bumper and how to install these into the housings.

I have not found any videos of installing these into these particular housings...interested in the key word search if you got it. Not doubting you, I might be searching wrong.
