I don’t think that’ll buff out. Got a friend who has a new one That an elderly dude in a cane collapsed and scratched his and looks very similar and his rear quarter will need to be repainted. We can only speculate looking at the pics and a shop will know for sure. GLW it.

in less than 1year after I got my 2007 pontiac gran prix some as#hole spray painted the passenger side of it. wasn't even halloween sob

Back in 98’ some A hole decided my brand new mustang GT needed pin striping in the form of long scratch from the front fender to the rear quarter. Funny thing is I parked the car about half a mile from any other car at a mall. It was as if I had put a target on it for doing such a thing. Never again will I even think of parking at the mall. I don’t believe in violence, but it sure would have been satisfying to see that person have the same done to their face.

That is extremely generous of you i never imagined anyone would offer to help much less a total stranger on the internet, Gives me renewed hope for humanity.

I have already lower my comprehensive insurance to $500 but obviously i can't use it for this scenario, Amazingly the difference is only $5 per month.

I am taking it to a body shop tomorrow called MTJ Paint and Body Shop, They said they will give me a quote on the spot, They seem to be very reputable going by their reviews on google, I guess the big question is whether the door needs to be repainted or not.

Also OP, this is some crap. If it makes you feel better someone dented my door 3 days after I bought it. I was anal and I checked my car before I got in for the first few weeks and noticed it, so I spit on their car. Then a jackass driver broke my driver side headlight a few weeks later. On my 2013 I had my friends (girls, I was like 25) wanting to pose all drunk on the hood and their shorts scratched the hell out of my hood. Then someone scratched the side of my car it looked like they took sandpaper to it, it was unreal. But i buffed, wet sanded, polished and waxed it and all of them went away. Most scratches are only in the clear coat, hope you get it fixed soon.
