Subaru is off in a class of their own with respect to overdone shiny trunk badging on their upper trim levels of each model. Like Steel's WRX, my wife's Legacy 2.5GT has the Subaru logo in the center, make and something about AWD on the left, and model and trim on the right . . . and then the dealer adds his own decal. It's a minor miracle that the word "turbocharged" didn't end up in brightwork somewhere as well. Norm |

Removing the badge from the back just looks....silly. Cause now its all flat back there with nothing to accent with the tail lights.
You can remove the chevy badge, but at the end of the day, everyone still knows its a chevy. This looks as cliche' as the BMW owners who remove their numbers, so you dont' know their car is like 5 yrs old.

I can understand not having any dealer badging but don't get the removal of make and model badging. Personally I'm proud to displays my "Camaro" and bow tie badges and really proud of my chicklets.

Thanks but it's actually the wrong pic, the CAMARO is on there but in black. I don't have one on my phone without the badge, have to get one later. But you can get the point from that pic.

those de-badged cars look nice. I am old school, so I will be keeping my badges and also just added a new one.

I don't have a rubber grinder or that mysterious pink stuff/wax at my house so if I did it, I would mess up my paint and everything along with it. The guy who did it was smart, didn't use a heat gun because it would soften the paint up making it more vulnerable to damage.

Still on the fence about totally debadging mine. I like the look of the bowtie & SS in back, the "CAMARO" on the fenders can go, might be my next weekend project

has anyone found a good looking "LS3" badge they really like. i have summit white 2014 2ss/rs that i took the badges off. rear bowtie and side camaro letters so far, grille will be replaced when i find a good one. but i have left the red SS badge on the trunk there cause im not completely sure what i wanna do but i would like to replace it in the same exact spot with a LS3 badge. has anyone seen any they really like? i was looking for one with the LS3 looking like the same styling as the ZL1 an Z28 letters for their badges. any help is appreciated.
