Subscribing.

Probably won't do this just cos the cost is going to be prohibitive (it has been in every car I've owned in the last 7 years.. which is actually a lot more than you'd expect..) but I still want to know more.

2012ers don't care about the door lock button on the radio. Frankly I've never used them at all in my car since I'm L99.. the doors unlock when I put it in park and lock when I go into drive.

I got all the time in the world. My iphone does GPS, it just seems to be getting sort of.. decrepit. It keeps telling me I'm in knoxville one minute, then in charleston the next.. I think the antenna is going out, and it'd be nice not to have to depend on it.

I will be buying a kit from you. And a dash ABL kit for good measure.

For the 2012ers with a backup camera already installed, would the picture come through on both the mirror and the touchscreen? Regardless I'm definitely subscribed!

My guess would be you would have to split the video signal to do that.

My preference would be to just use the bigger display, rather than both.

Funny - I was just thinking about how much I would like a better electronics package in this car...

WANT WANT WANT!

Honestly I like it in the mirror. I like it so much I wish my truck had it.

I haven't seen this setup in person but from what I can tell the screen is at a very poor angle to the driver. It seems a small child in the back seat is the only one that'd have a clear view.

That's a normal outcome though for dashes that are retrofitted with a navigation unit like they're doing here.

not saying it's going to be unviewable, but I think it's certainly a drawback.

Does anyone know if the navigation prompts would show up on the HUD if this is retro-fitted?
