I already have had a prototype bracket to do similar to what swiftkart has, I haven't moved forward with it because some people may not like having to pull the water pump hose when they need to change a belt, i.e. for a pulley swap. I may go ahead and make a few and offer them separate, it just replaces the billet block behind the bearing support and requires a d.i.y. mod (clearance) to the cast bearing support bracket. It uses the same idler, spacer, and bolt that we use for our 10 rib kit anyway so it would be at a minimal increase in cost.

I just never did anything with it because I was worried some people might complain about having to take off the upper radiator hose to change the belt, and I haven't had anyone have belt slip with our 10 rib set. But more is better (because racecar), so I may just go ahead and make some.

It will be a great alternative for those who want to cure the slip issue and don't want to go all the way to a full 10 rib setup, best of both worlds, there are several guys with this setup and it works, that's how I found out about it, the picture I attached isn't my car, it's another camaro5 member which made me get the bracket for mine, the 10 rib is the ultimate for sure.

We will likely make a 8 rib set eventually, but we feel our 10 rib setup, with the ATI balancer that is only available in 10 rib anyway, is very reasonably priced for what is included (HD tensioner, assembled water pump, blower pulley and 2nd idler included, etc). If you add up most 8 rib pulleys plus upgrade the tensioner separately, plus a blower pulley and 2nd idler, you come out to about what our 10 rib costs anyway. We are looking at a lower cost 8 rib balancer to possibly build a 8 rib option for the SLP/Heartbeat guys. It may be a while with everything else we have going on however.

I'm sorry, we are still getting worked out on the website page for the kit, as there are many options so we need to make sure they come through correctly and that stockage is tracked when parts are ordered. I'll send a PM with a discounted price.

Our setup is for the Camaro accessory drive spacing. The Corvette spacing is much shorter from the front of the block. The only other spacing ours fits is the truck accessory drive.
