Well it sounds like C7 Carbon still has not worked out the bugs on their wing, along with crazy long wait times! I am glad I didn't order one from them!!!!!!!!!

Went to the website, but it provides no information on the wing, price, shipping, etc, etc. Great pics, but that doesn't mean anything. Did you order from them Hobbies?

Figured I'd chime in -
I ordered a C7 Carbon wing June 26th - my account was charged,

Oct 8th after me e-mailing for updates because I was within 2 weeks of a track day -
"Thank you for the follow up and sorry for the delay on your order. The production rate for these wings has been slower than expected and we apologize about that, nonetheless we are getting closer in completing your order and we are aiming to have it ready to ship within 5-10 business days. Regardless, we'll make sure to send you updates as soon as your order is completed.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you for bearing with us!"

I e-mailed again for an update on Nov 19th, no response.

For what its worth - thats my ongoing experience.

I would be scared of ordering from any company that states that anything will take a MINIMUM of 12 weeks. I guess it takes a while to bring stuff from China...

j/k I have no clue where they source.

Hopefully you will get your wing soon.

That is one of the reason, why I haven't ordered from them. I have emailed them a number of times and got no response. I know some here have had a great experience with them, but anything that takes 12+ weeks I have my doubts/concerns with. Nothing should take that long, unless they are getting some folks from a "far away" place to make them.

After only 3 weeks my fiberglass rear 1LE wing from MaggPerformance is on it's way to me via truck.....should have it this week!

Has anyone confirmed that any of these wings fit the factory hole locations in a SS or Zl1..

I've come to find out that there are not many if none even SS's or Zl1's in china.. So the problems been that trunks holes do not align correctly. Hence the slow inventory and getting product.. they recommend getting a carbon trunk start from scratch or get a wing that is un-machined and you handle drill and tap to match oem holes.

This is another reason why we have SS fenders and non zl1 fender in carbon..

it's easier to make a mold vs a 3d scan and send file!

I'm gonna pull the trigger I sold a few things(carbon parts) this way if it junk i won't really be out to much..

As firecaptian mention he found one in fiberglass I have a product list from china that sales one in fiber glass and in carbon, I can only assume it came from this vendor but that's not 100 percent since there are copies of copies of copies in China..
