The top trim levels have been heavily constrained for several months. If you've been following the "Constraints" thread, last week the convertible constraint allowed only 1 2SS Convertible in whatever region includes Dallas, TX where Gearhead works. I'm not sure how many regions there are, but that probably means a dozen or less 2SS convertibles for the US... tough times for sure. Good luck, may be worth scouring inventory to see if you can find one that matches your preferences thats already built.

Thanks for the insight. I haven’t seen the constraint thread but after looking at it, that’s just straight up depressing. Like many have said, a ‘23 looks like a real possibility. I think those start production in June.

September 7th. No hurry and accepting it as 2023. When I sold my 2020 SS1LE I had no idea how long it would be!

My original order I placed at my hometown dealer is still sitting at 1100 since 11/16/21. They probably won't cancel it and let it ride until the end of the model year.

found one coming in to a dealer that wasn't spoken for so i snatched it up. they ordered it 90 days ago. they said its built and sitting out back waiting on chips at GM.
