Could the issue under Special Coverage 14264 cause a Service Stabilitrak error? 2012

I know this alter can mean a ton of different things.

Hopefully, at lunch, I can use OnStar on demand diagnostic to get my code, never tried that before.

But I was wondering if the Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Solenoid Vale issue for V6 Camaros, covered under Special Coverage Adjustment 14264A, could result in a Service Stabilitrak (and reduced power) issue, or am I way off base looking to connect the two?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: FYI, I tend to get this about twice a year, when I switch from all season tires to winter tires. I don't have two sets of rims, so it's a full tire change of all four. When I switched from winter to all seasons, I had this issue for one day, then it was over. I switched to my winter tires, sizes as the all seasons, same size all around, but the next morning (and the morning after that...today), I got a Stabilitrak error about 5-10 minutes into my morning commute. The only correlation I can think of is that perhaps the wheel speed sensor on one wheel was damaged, but is that even really possible just changing taking on/off the wheels? I usually keep my tire pressure around 32 to 34 PSI, and I noticed the winter once were put on at about 38 - 39 PSI all around...would that sudden change cause my Stabilitrak to be confused?

I've had this issue years and years ago, but that turned out to be a damaged torque converter seal, and had other issues symptoms.

Thanks! (and see sig below)
