U0109 - Lost Communication with Fuel Pump Control Module

I noticed my car was running lean at WOT and saw this error. Last night I checked the 20 amp #35 fuse in the back and its good. The car runs and drives fine except at wot. I'll check power at the fuse today but wondering if there is something obvious that I am missing or should be checking.

No I am not.

I tried everything on my side, no luck. I'm going to take it to my dealer friend and see if they can help. I don't want to waste time buying a new one for $60, having the dealer re program it just to have the same code. Id rather have them diag the issue properly and fix it.

Send back anything you find, please. Having an issue with that #35 fuse that just started under WOT.
