Personally, I would do the heads. You'll have a complete setup, solid and strong, and won't be tempted to be doing other upgrades down the road. I did the heads late on my C5SS Procharger build, and it was one of the best things I did. Yes, FI is a different story, but worked heads NA are still a great benefit.

I know E85 is great for tuning, but will you be cruising with the car? I can't justify dropping my miles-per-tank to well under 300.

I should be able to a switch back to 93 when I want good gas mileage, you have the option to use either gas or at least that's my understanding.

Yes I believe we are reusing the factory rollers.

We're also doing heads on mine on the basis of "hey, we're in there anyways, might as well just to see what happens." This is sorta so we don't have to deal with it later if I decide to do it, I can focus on other stuff and simply do heads while we're there.

Does anyone know another source for o2 extension cables? Kooks customer service is terrible, i placed my order a week ago and can't even get no one on the phone to know when my order will ship. If they don't ship today, I will need to overnight it from somewhere else. Car should be ready, Thursday or Friday btw.
