I check my cats every time the exhaust comes off. I'm good so far but not running FI or juice.

Nuther reason to love where I live.

I'm guessing this is what caused your issue.

As already mentions, any amount of nitrous will destroy cats.

I've seen a lot of high mileage high flow cats and all have looked normal. I hope people running FI or nitrous see this, as it may save them some headache.

Thought about punching them out before I installed. But figured it had the metal substrate, which is to be better than ceramic, and would hold up and not melt. So, I was surprised they literally blew out and didn't melt. Zero signs of melting.

Ok, focus, focus,

No a&&, not at all. But if someone was trying, they would have to be a monster a&& to get a rise out of me. I've built up a tolerance.

If you mean what I'm driving? My beater.

If you mean my times now without the cat problems. It's still on the stands. Took me 2hrs to remove what was left in the cats. Finally it ended up getting ugly, screw driver, hammer and a monkey. Ground off some of the Jet Hot coating so the cats would slide back on easier, slip joint. Exhaust is back on. Heat cycled and retightened. I just had it on stands 1 1/2 weeks ago to change the trans fluid to Amsoil. Now up again. So I decided to take the wheels off, give'm a good polish, clean wheel wells and polish the bottom half of the car. So much easier. Also, just got the no cat tune from Ted.

Oh wait, if you mean cats, gutted.
