So I'm in a bit of a situation where I've taken the driver side door panel out and am replacing the clips that broke during the process. But I've come across this clip type that I'm missing.

The clip in question

It clips "Belt Weather-Strip" to the actual door frame, I am missing two of them and can't seem to get any of them out.

Parts page

It clips onto #19 on the list which lets you clip it into place on the door.

I think they may well be part #23, door trim panel retainer on this diagram: https://chevrolet.7zap.com/en/camaro...917462-0-0/#23, GM part number 11546903 (which was actually #5 on your diagram). Hm?
