Lol good. I literally just came from an LS1. Still trying to familiarize myself with new stuff. I'm old apparently.

Error code is gone (because the shop disabled it)

But the symptoms of a high idle remain.

Note: The idle only climbs (to 2500) when the clutch pedal is depressed.

I bet the torque tables are off because of airflow issues. The 6th gen computers are all torque based, so when idle airflow and driving airflow are off it messes with the torque tables.

In the end it is a tune issue and needs to be fixed by the tuner.

double check for a vacuum leak...something isn't right IMHO. Spritz a little brake/carb clean (use red extension tube) at each intake port, vacuum port at the rear, brake booster, throttle body while the engine is running. If the idle rises, you found it. Nothing is going to catch fire either...use small bursts. Brake/carb clean evaporates almost immediately. If everything checks out, get the tune revised.

Source: Vacuum leak

The MSD Intake manifold has a vacuum leak.
Not sure if it's cracked or just a bad gasket, but there's the culprit.
