Yes direct install. Same mounting position and hardware.
Cost me a little less then $550.

I'm an odd one and think the 19-20 splitter looks better than the 16-18, with the 16-18 looking a little odd (looks like a halo around the front, but looks better than NO splitter). To me, the edges of the 19-20 spoiler match up better to the edges of the rear diffuser and the car's lines in gerneral. No doubt, it looks the best with the 19-20 front end, I won't disagree with that.
