AJ Hartman Aero Magneride Coilover Conversion Kit

I reached out to AJ Hartman to see if he would produce a Magneride coilover conversion kit like he does for the GT350 and he said he would if he has enough interest.

He would also need a Magneride equipped car for R&D. I believe he is out of
Trenton, NJ.

You would have a choice of spring rates and he would make them work with Vorshlag camber plates.

This is the kit he offers for the GT350:

Let me know if you would be interested and I can let him know or you can reach out to him directly: ajhartmanaero@gmail.com

As much as I like AJ's stuff, not sure why this is needed. If you buy coilovers from Vorshlag they can set you up with everything you need. They provide a great value added service for this, just talk to Jason and tell him about your car and goals etc. He will advise you on spring rates etc. I just bought MCS from them. If you already have their camber plates you can send them in and they will change them over for coilovers and send them back mounted to the coilover and ready to go. Only other thing you need is cancellation modules or ZLE suspension controller.

I just figured this would be a good go-between from standard springs to actual coilovers.

You would have the benefits of custom springs rates and the ability to corner balance the car while keeping the OEM Magneride.

Of course a set of MCS coilovers would be the way to go, but for those not ready to make the pludge it could be a decent compramise.

I was going to keep magneride and have custom springs made, then tune using the DSC controller, but couldn't find anyone to make the springs. Everyone wants to make at least 50 springs. I went with the Vorshlag MCS RR2, installing them now.

I have an extra set of SS 1LE springs if you want them for prototyping, I'd take $60 shipped.

I don't think AJ could develop the coilover conversion with just a set of springs. He would need the actual car.
