Button Help
Any video to remove the traction button and the mode and also parking brake button? Buddy left a soda in the car that popped due to heat and they are sticky now... or would I be safe to just pop them off without them breaking to clean under it?

I guess you have to remove the center console to access the mounting screws underneath.

Let me tell you, I bought my car used at 61k miles and many buttons would stick like push in and not unpress. It took months of use and cleaning since I didn’t open up the interior back then to make the buttons work properly.
When I did open my center console I found sticky residue which I believe to be soda. My mode switcher, traction control, underneath the screen vents all sticky with buttons sticking as well. The right side controls on my steering wheel the same, my only guess was previous owner exploded a can. I would honestly take it apart and deep clean, you don’t want ants. I recently installed my DIY spectrum lighting and literally had to take part every piece of the center console, guess what I found sticky and all over the silver cup holder trim underneath.
