Yes- my GF had 2 Gen 4 Camaros- both verts. Nice but super hard to work on. The engine is crammed in such a little space and half under the dash. Hers were not very reliable either- but she loved them both, drove them until one died and the other was totaled.
I had an S550 Mustang GT- a 2018, base, 6 speed manual. I got a great deal on it at the end of the summer. I traded in my 2017 Camaro, which I had so many problems with the A8- shuddering, slipping, etc. Compared to a Gen 6 Camaro, the Gen 6 is way better. the Mustang was OK but the main issue is mine had the piston slapping issue and ticking- all over the forums. Horrible slapping at 2K RPM. Dealer would do nothing about it. I traded it for a 2018 GTI and then picked up my 2016 Camaro with M6 separately. Love the 2016 Camaro way better than the Mustang- it's lighter, handles better, engine is so much more tighter and the build quality is better. And my Camaro is a just a V6.....I also love it way better than my 2017 Camaro with the A8. The A8 was just so troublesome and the M6 is so much more engaging.
