Supercar 3s runflats?

Might be a dumb question but I didn't think they were. Lost all tire pressure yesterday but it wasn't completely flat. If they ARE run flats, are they ok to drive car across town to dealership without causing damage?

Lost ALL pressure? As in reading zero? Modern tires are much better constructed and tough IME, but you'd need to be holding some pressure in there to even remotely consider this. Is there a reason that the sealant wouldn't work?

These tires are most definitely NOT runflats, maybe there's more sidewall rigidity due to being low-profile.

Yes zero. But the rim is not on the ground thankfully and the side wall feels solid

Measure it with a gauge in case the TPMS sensor is messed up.
