That is the same % rate I got as well. 81% automatics in 2024 - 19% manuals 84% automatics in 2023 - 16% manuals

That means I was even luckier than I realized to find my preferred build w/color and options that I wanted at a local dealer last year!

Updates as of 7P ET
21 still work in progress (~90-95% I'm guessing based on other post listing #s by year) 24 updated, few more non-ZL1 CE's added and a few ZL1 LEs coming out, but no more Garage 56's yet Last edited by raidator; 11-16-2023 at 11:13 PM. |

If the developers of this VIN-based window sticker API paid any attention to their metrics, they would've shut down this "clandestine operation" long ago, but in this case GM being GM is actually helpful to customers
Wish this service was available for earlier model years, too, but then again, this is GM

this is really cool.
The main question I have now is who ordered my car's identical twin?

Finally being cheap and not getting the Nav paid off. Im sure if that owner sees this they would thank me for my frugality since we can now claim to have a 1 of 1.

I experienced that a few times but imo with how little real data we’re taking from each request it’s practically meaningless to them. A real DoS maybe would entail all the requests in total at the exact same time but even then I doubt it would affect them

That's true, if they kept with that model of charging for a build sheet through the email like they did for a while then I'd imagine this probably wouldn't be possible. On another note, I did the build sheet request back in 2019 for my 2016 and now again for 2022. They changed from giving the actual PDF file of the RPOs to giving a screenshot through their portal

I had 2 more additional orders for ZL1 cars in that never got allocated. As of right now they are still in the GM system awaiting allocation (which will never happen). |
