Whole Story -

I placed an order in beginning of July. Crickets for months so I headed to the dealership on 10/23 when I learned all allocations had gone out. Dealer told me that they didnt get an allocation for a ZL1 coupe but received one for a ZL1 vert that was already built, and that its mine if I wanted it. It seems this was a pre-order that someone bailed on bc theres around $3,500 worth of options added and I doubt a dealership would do that on a vehicle for inventory. I quickly talked myself into taking the bird in hand, so to speak, and switched my deposit onto the convertible. Manager of the dealership said he'd be on the phone as soon as I left to try to get it here as soon as possible. So now I wait haha.

Any chance there's a similar excel or equivalent sheet that has 2023 data similar to the 2024 you published? I picked up a 2023 ZL1 1LE and would like to chase down how many were built with my car's options. Thank you!

The guys were talking about doing years previous to 2024 soon. If you stay tuned for a week or two it will probably materialize.

We are going to work on it. Radiator is currently pulling info from a previous year trying to find the patterns with the added in 4 cylinder to make the other years go quicker. Will update all of you as I know more.

Fun story:
I was sort of looking for a 1SS 1LE in riptide blue at the beginning of summer. I could not find a local N. CA dealer who had allocation. Eventually I decided I really wanted a 1SS 1LE and placed money at a dealer in Sept. Around 9/15 I started looking at the Chevy inventory across the country. Finally a 1SS 1LE in RBM showed up in Texas around 10/20. Already sold. Then last week after I had pretty much given up on 11/2/23 a 2SS 1LE 6MT in RBM shows up near Santa Barbara. I called and sales says the ordering person backed out. Still for sale at sticker. So we talked and she found an additional $960 in occupational discount. So I bought it and picked it up on 11/9/23. Image from the trip home on highway CA-1. Appears that only 4 total 1SS and 2SS with 6MT, 1LE and RBM had BCD, the CA/WA copper free brake systems. So only one of 4.

I use an iPad and when I download the file, it won’t let me view it. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Not sure but I can open it in excel on my Samsung phone so the file is good.
