I just installed this cam, with headers/cat delete and CAI I made 480 on a mustang. I would love to see what you make with those heads. I love the cam so far, pulls strong and has excellent street manners.

Is there and single springs you would recommend for the Lingenfelter GT 11? Or all of them pretty much a double spring?

Bo's reply, post# 38, does not take into account durability on road coarse.

Think 24 hours endurance if you want to be on the same wavelength as me

For all else, then yeah, go big, lol.

If you go big on road course, you better upgrade dampener pulleys, to offset vibrations and harmonics, and full hog valve train for stability in the long haul. Anyone who thinks they will_not see failure with huge cam specs on road course down the long haul, is dreaming in technicolour.

Unless of course you don't carrot open it up every couple to 3 years.

I like to keep mine closed for a decade you see, as I_cannot_stand_downtime .

You can see where a few different mods can make a difference. I bought Bo's cam and produced about 15 tq less. I am guessing the difference in tq is the TB.
Lingenfelter GT1
Lingenfelter Beehive LSx springs
Z/28 intake
1 7/8 Stainless Works headers w/cats
2.5" Corsa catback

Hey Bo, what did you do about the intake side of the rocker bolts. What thread sealant did you use so oil wouldn't drip into the spark plug Chambers?

Leave it to Richard Holdener to test stock springs vs aftermarket. I was close on the loss so not too bad!
