Tranny cooler $100
Ratchet shifter $300
Cooler lines $200
M6 Driveshaft modification $300
Thats all I bought or had done.
Some prices are a touch high or low but close ballpark.
I modded my stock xmember. By the time you buy the small misc stuff like bolts and 3 gallons of fluid you will still be under 3500.
Thank you Bo!

RPM 4L80e kit. $7500
Stage 5 build
Flex plate
Convertor
DSS single piece aluminum driveshaft
Computer
Cooler
Hoses
Trans mount
Shifter (POS)

Additional needs
Dip stick and tube
Deep pan
Modify cross member
Fluid
Shifter (B&M ratchet pro)
Modify trans tunnel
Install

Total is about $10k and you can tune the trans. The tuneability and OD were the main considerations for my install. Money came down the list.

t-400 is actually a fairly easy rebuild...did one myself years back in the basement...RMVB, better sprag, etc....so lots of $$$ can be saved if you have the skillz and desire....
