The shift level movement I've not quite seen this much in any other of my past cars but it seems completely benign in every way besides any sort of nuisance factor.

It's weird but it's also when I've normal driving and not driving hard
I have noticed this also, but I think its because the shift is too slow.
I've meant to try and shift slow to recreate it, but always forget to do it!

It is.
The car rev matches on up and down shifts.
It doesn't care what you are doing, it will try and put the rpms where they need to be based on what gear gate the sensor detects.

So not on track. But this week I couldn't go into third like twice. As if it couldn't find it. Was odd. But other then that it's just the normal let it warm up first process.

Only issues I've ever had are going into 2nd at low speeds/rpms. Every other gear is smooth, I swear it only ever happens after skip shift kicks in.

I missed 3rd and it just went to neutral instead once out of a 2 day event at NOLA when I was really pushing...happened to be on my fastest lap. I wasn't using NLS for 2-3.

Same thing happened twice out of about 4 hours on track at MSR Cresson 3.1 both when I was pushing hard, maybe associated with turning while shifting. I had just drained the transmission fluid and replaced it with fresh OEM GM fluid before that event.

Separate issue: Very rarely (about 5 times in 2 years) during slow street driving on the 1-2 shift I have had the HUD display 2nd gear but it is not fully engaged and is effectively in neutral and of those few times it sometimes grinds if I force it into 2nd with the clutch fully depressed. This was after I installed and tested the skip shift eliminator with both old and fresh OEM GM transmission fluid.

And the stick vibrates left to right more than I would like while in gear but I have gotten used to it and just ignore it.

When I installed the skip shift eliminator, there appeared to be a separate identical plug for the reverse lockout.

I get 2d is a little notchy above the skip shift limits, seems better warmed up. This tranny is way better than the MT82 and is not the worst I've had (3.8 Genesis Coupe 6m). Ive got almost no complaints with the Tremec at 2.5 yrs and 30K miles.

Same here, interested in the root cause and potential fix. Happened to me several time during trackdays on straight line when going from 2nd to 3rd. Cheers

Never figured it out, but using an open palm with your hand up seems to lesson the chances of it occurring... And a bit smoother. Hell I probably have been doing it wrong growing up with Hurst t handle shifters

will update, I'm going to remove the clutch delay valve under the dash. I have a hunch this slight "delay" intended to cushion the stock to the drive line is too much when the car is pushed really hard on the track. Hellcat guys with tr6060 have the same issue... But dodge uses a restricker at the trans inlet...

If it's cold out as long as I let it warm up it's smooth. If not 1st to 2nd is a little tuff getting out of the neighborhood
