Check the ediff performance page on your dash while driving and see if slip and/or locking % changes when the oscillations are happening compared to when they aren't.

IMO there is something off causing this, the tires should have no issue with the application. PA4s are designed for sports cars and high power SUVs, in that context a 455 hp SS isn't that powerful compared to many vehicles out there these tires were designed specifically for.
As far as the eLSD, it's can't torque vector, it can only ramp up or down the amount of force on a clutch pack so the amount of L in LSD in variable, by it's self it cannot cause this issue. Unfortunately, I don't have any ideas but I can't believe it's simply that the tires can't handle what's being asked of them. There's something else going on.
