Brembo fell into Jegs hole
I bought new Brembo front calipers from Summit.
I ordered rear from Jegs. Then ship date went to back order with no end date. It took 3-hours wait time on the phone to cancel order. I did not know about Jegs. It’s very hard to buy new Brembo calipers for 2015 Camaro SS, can’t find without sky high price. If I buy used for rebuild, I am worried it may have rust damage inside piston area. Thanks. |

Honestly if you have the funds available, might as well just upgrade to the ZL1 or 6th Gen 1LE calipers.

Try Rock Auto, you pick up used 6 piston on the corvette for about 600 bucks as well.

Jeg's was sold about three years ago. The new owners seem to be trying to run the company into the ground. Ordered a part in February still haven't received it. Tried calling multiple times. Finally called the vendor where the part was to ship from. If you order a part that gets dropped shipped the vendor doesn't get paid for 120 days. Although Jeg's gets their money from you immediately. Use Summit or buy direct from the supplier. I won't use them again.

Hi,
Well I bought from Jegs back in Nov. fronts and rears (PowerStop) complete setup. Got the fronts late Jan. and just got the rears in early March. I was OK with it. It almost took me that long to find "new" backing plates (V6 car) at a good price, I wasn't going to pay $150 each for them. I do like RockAuto. Plus just got some BMR stuff, NICE. Still have more work/parts to find. I'm old so for me it's OK. |

I've placed three orders from Jegs in the last 2 months and had my items in less than a week everytime. 2 of the orders were drop shipped from the supplier.

I didn’t know Jegs sold out. I hadn’t ordered anything from them in over a decade until a few weeks ago. I ordered a Borla ATAK axle back and received my order in 2 days. I do really like their price match form. Just copy/paste the url and fill in the unit price and shipping price and then checkout as usual.

I usually use summit racing. I do use Jegs sometimes and have never had an issue with them either. I guess YMMV...
