Angry errrr cant get BMR delrin bushings to line up.

they are in the cradle fine. i can get the front lined up but i can not get both the rear bolts in. i can move the whole cradle as long as the front bolts are not tight enough for the alignment pins to be in. but i can not get the rear bolts in even with the front alignment pins in. worked on this all day. errrrrrrr

Full 1LE suspension, with BMR adjustable sway bars and links, GM aluminum cradle bushings, Hurst shifter with lighter reverse spring, TWM shifter knob, Tick level 1 transmission. I should have bought a ZL1

no. the fronts have a groove and partially drilled out bigger for the alignment pins. i noticed the oem bushings have a huge hole in them for the bolt and the bmr are only big enough for the bolts.

You mind posting some pics?
My stock bars cannot handle loads with R7s!

How's the ride (NVH) with those delrin bushings?
Would it be tolerable for a DD in your opinion?

Also, would like to know how much improvement with the sway bars?

i noticed no NVH. i would have no problem putting them in a DD. The sway bars were a slight improvement over the 1LE bars. I probably wouldn't bother with the bars unless it was used on the track.
