Had not heard an explanation of the TUTD thing before, thanks for the info.

Do you use the same mph in these tables as you do in your 'shift speed' tables (normal, pattern a, pattern b)?

Not exactly. above 3rd gear yes, but the first 2 gears can be set a lot closer to the actual mph the shift takes place.

If guys actually knew more about this they would love their A8 all over again. I don't even use D anymore when I race or do rolls. It's how the 8l90 should of been tuned from the factory just like the Dodges A8's. I will do a write up in the transmission section so it doesn't clutter this thread up.

Cool, I hope you can. I'm struggling now with traction and hope to get the figured out this week. We have another open TNT this Friday night and they'll have pretty good track prep. I may try 2nd gear launch as we've been discussing, this thing makes about 800 lbs of torque and might have been making more since the temps were in the upper 50's and DA was -300. Pretty sure I could have run 5.80s but couldn't make it down the track under full throttle except once and it was still spinning in 2nd.
