2019 Car & Driver Lightning Lap with ZL1 1LE auto
Surprised they only got 0.7-seconds better with the auto. Wonder if the warmer weather vs. when they ran the manual was part of it. Same driver for both. The Shock color looked good when the exposure / color was correct - it changed multiple times depending on camera angle and lighting.

That doesn't surprise me. When MotorTrend had Randy Pobst lap both the regular ZL1 manual and auto, the manual pulled off the faster time. They probably are within run to run variation on the road course.

that is the only place i feel a zl1 1le in shock yellow looks at home on a racetrack lol

Think about it... so the cars are almost equal with the edge to the Auto.
That was unheard of 5 years ago with a USA Auto car!! That's progress, LOL
