Novistretch Bra Fails After 3 Days! *Resolved/Replaced*
So I finally broke down and bought a novistretch to deal with the love bugs down here in Florida, installed it per the instructions, and it worked fine for 2 days, but today I found that one of the snaps came out of the fabric!
I've reached out to novistretch for warranty/replacement but haven't heard back. I purchased it through their Amazon marketplace because prime shipping, so I hope that isn't a big deal. Anyone ever have anything like this happen to their's? Pics included.

That stinks. I bought one last week for my maiden 500+ mile trip home. I did notice when I went to remove it some of the snaps felt like they wanted to pull through the material. I was a little more careful removing them than I thought I should've been. I only have used the bra that one time though.
Interested in hear how Novistretch responds. I've read they have good customer support. |

Novistretch got back to me very quickly. They are sending me a replacement.
Love the product, works amazing. Excellent customer service to boot. Was super disappointed when I saw that it broke, cause it was doing such a great job especially during love bug season.

I forgot to remove my Novistretch hardware when i traded my RS. I contacted Novistretch to buy a new set. They sent it to me free. Awesome customer service.

I have had mine for 3 years or so, no problems whatsoever...I only use mine on road trips, but has been rock solid.

It would be great if the title of this thread could be changed to add the word “solved”… Millennial’s are known for not reading articles, just looking at titles, and in that case, it would look as if the novistretch is a bad product.

I keep mine on Mon -Fri due to my work commute. I've been using it for 3 weeks now and love it. Great product.

Tip: dab a little dielectric silicone grease inside bra side button, works a little easier. Two Novistretch bras, one C7 Corvette (yes they replaced it) and a Gen 6 Camaro, great product and service!
