3" flanged/removeable muffler delete to OEM tips ceramic coated black inside and out professionally, crimp section replaced with 3" (for sound quality not for flow), dual Magnaflow 18" resonators where the OEM flex sections were. OEM X-Pipe location and pipe, OEM cats/manifolds. Sounds absolutely fabulous. No drone, ZERO rasp, not even a hint of it.

Total cost, $650. Worth every penny. No beans in a can crap, sounds like a vette.

Direct can sometimes be slower than a dealer like Phastek who might have it on the shelf. We build to order but ship everything out once it is finished to dealers, our distributors or customers. We don't hold stock of completed systems.

Yeah, I sort of have to do the same a nice set of Ceramic coated headers for a RHD ZL1. Then I have to chop my exhaust. Fortunately, they are sending me the flanges they usually use to make the rest of their exhaust system. So all I have to do is weld the flanges to the stock pipes. No cats here. This baby is going to let people know when I arrive.

Before you installed the Resonated Cat-Back, did you ever hear the "non-resonated" touring system? if so, any feedback on the sound quality / difference? Did you also install the PLP's? I'm thinking about going with the resonated touring cat-back. But, since there's no more PLP's, it looks like it'll be a true cat-back.

No reason not to get the resonated, it sounds REALLY good. The resonators are small and flow straight through, they look like Vibrant 1794's. I didn't use the PLPs because I ended up with 2" Kooks longtube headers.

You'd be better off first doing headers and hiflow cats and keeping the stock catback, which will sound great and give you ~15-20hp. (your stock cats will not fit behind headers)

Sound us SOO subjective, but holy S, you will be real loud with catless headers and any exhaust. I have Kooks catless LT’s and Corsa Sport. Bolted up fine. Too loud for me but still driving that way. Going to put resonators on soon. My neighbors always tell me they can hear me coming mikes away. Cold starts are especially Blatty-loud...
