Got home with a Newt LT1

Just got home with it. It is red hot in color and a 2021. Very few options, does have the performance exhaust, and painted brake calipers and bright painted wheels.

First time i ever drove a newer Camaro. Right off the bat the exhaust sounds much better than the same setup on my 2019 C7. More pops also. Car seems to handle fine and i don't notice it going in and out of V4-8 Mode like i did on the C7. Gotta get tinted winders and after a while some mods for sure. So far i am a happy pappy.

Sorry no pics as my phone is broke and my cam is dead.

Red hot is the ONLY color. And tinted windows is a must!

Thanks guys. I gotta have tinted windows. Seems the paint has less orange peel than in years past.

Not sure why the exhaust sounds much better than it did on my 2019 C7. May go to Pilot sport tires like i had on my 2013 C6. Not sure how wide a tire i can go on stock rims as well.

I agree. Also i notice no big time lag like i did in the C7. You could push half down on the gas before the car would almost not move at all. This new car feels much more snappy from a stop.

Not sure if i will even bother with a ported TB. I gotta take it kinda easy for the first 500 miles. The C7 was held back in RPM's for the first 500 miles.

I must have had a bum C7 as it was hard to even break the tires loose. My modded C6 would rip and get.

Go red! I did something similar...a low option SS in red. Mine only has the A10, black wheels and the NPP exhaust. Love it!

Most likely the tri-Y headers on the camaro account for the major sound difference, i think 255 is as wide as we can go on the factory LT1 rims square set up safely. Congrats on your purchase, I love my LT1.
