Menu Items Missing...

I was looking for easy memory recall under comfort and convenience tree, the only thing showing is Chime Volume...

Below are the items missing...
Auto memory recall
Easy exit
Reverse mirror tilt

Anyone have any idea?

Here is the link to NHTSA. There are a total of 23 GM communications to dealers. There at least 2 regarding your issue.

Just for grins, let the software reboot and see what happens.....pull the neg batt cable for 30 min and reconnect, you won’t lose the major settings....

They’ll come back on their own. I lose my steering and suspension options, every couple of months. After a couple of restarts, they reappear.

When I use remote start, my Engine Sound Management selection goes away each time. Only comes back when I restart the car by the button.
For the first time last week, the Apple Car Play showed my iPhone playing music, no sound generated through the speakers. When I switched between radio and other ways for sound, showed playing, but nothing until I restarted the car.

I guess I will have dealer check it out and also document the issue. Seems like common issues

Similar issues here, even when using the cable.

This has been a Chevy/GM problem for years though. Wife's car is a '15 Tahoe and it fritz's out when trying to play music through Bluetooth- usually switching to radio and back gets it to work but it's still f-in frustrating.

radio module under passenger dash has to be replaced. I had mine done two months ago. Its better documented in their system now so hopefully you don't have a lot of issues getting them to replace it, mine worked perfect after that

Thanks Dr.ZL1 for the information. I need to take it in regardless for a creak in my top, so I'll do it all at the same time.

My engine sound management menu has disappeared several times after setting the car to stealth to not annoy the neighbors. When I do a cold start and get on the road I can't put the exhaust back into track mode. It will eventually show back up after several starts.
