My dealer ( your dealer) behind the scenes?
2016 Camaro 2 ss bought used with 10,000 miles. (Kerry Chevrolet In Alexandria Ky)
The car ran out of the gm warranty. So I purchased the extended power train, bumper to bumper, and the tire and rim package. (I’m a fool) Here is what they have to say about getting the (shark fin) antenna fixed on top of my car. It is lifting up when you wash the car ( could leak water.) Enjoy, these are the games that dealerships play. They pick and choose what they fixed based upon your finances, there finances, and there own discretion. Basically they won’t fix it unless they make money from someone. |

I know I seem aggressive, but I went down 3 weeks ago. I have been there 4 separate times( 30 min drive) in almost 3 weeks I still have no definitive answer on wether my fin that’s is lifting off of my room is covered.
I ask for my refund they say ( ohh we will help you out it should be no problem) that was 3 weeks ago. This ( no problem) has turned into the biggest sack of shit. I just want people to see this. |

Sorry to see this poor example of customer service.....some dealers are better than others and at those dealers some service advisors/ employees are better than others. As a former dealership tech I saw way too many times when an extended service policy was sold as "bumper to bumper" coverage. The only way the customer found out the actual coverage was when they had an issue and were told that it was not covered. Push hard for the refund and run!

Ugh, what a mess. I am thanking my lucky stars for having Stingray Chevrolet so close, the owner is a huge car guy so maybe that has something to do with it...

I bought my car via text aside from signing the actual paperwork at the dealership. I found it to be very accommodating.

Yeah I have to admit, Dublin Chevrolet made the whole process very easy and I don't hesitate to put their name out there for people looking for a good dealership in my area. I heard so many horror stories about other dealers form the forums and even had a lot of issues with other dealerships while I was shopping myself.
