not at all.....what it does is it turns iron oxide (rust) to chemically change to iron phosphate an inert, hard substance that turns the metal black.

I soak anything rusty in red apple cider vinegar. Chemically removes rust due to extreme pH and safe to handle. I either use a glass jar or soak a rag/paper towel and wrap the object.

Good on french fries too.

although its an acid....what you get sold is in diluted form, and like with ANY chemical of any kind...you certainly don't want to put it in your body. it certainly can/will irritate your eyes, that's for sure and like with ANY chemicals should be used in well ventilated spaces.

granted, evapo-rust is TOTALLY biodegradable, and doesn't/shouldn't cause any problems in your body. it looks to be what you need for your application.

lmao, I did not even thing of jegs. I've ordered so much more with them, back in the when I had an 81 z28,than I ever have from summit.
