A little help with glitchy Mylink?

And it may be operator error also. But... I've had my car a week and so far, so good until today. When paired with my phone through Bluetooth, it used to have the song displayed. Now all of the sudden it has the presets displayed and also the ""radio", "media", "rewind", "pause", "forward", "browse, and "menu" buttons. I have tried to push every button I can think of, to get it back to what it used to do with no success. Even tried un-pairing and re-pairing. The only other screen I can get to come up is one where 1/3 of the screen is covered with a box that says "connected" and "Brians iPhone 10S".

All the functions are working and it is paired just fine, it's just the display seems out of whack. Anybody seen this before? I will try to post pics if I can figure out how to do it in a minute.

Also, while I'm here. The phone charger thing seems too small and I don't even have a "plus" phone. Are there any tips or workarounds for that?

Also, another reason why I think it may be a glitch, is in the second picture, just above where it says "media", there are 3 little lit up dots that weren't ever there before.

I think you may have just expanded your screen showing the presets. Use the touchscreen and try pulling it down to the bottom.

Pretty sure that’s your issue. Touch the little down arrow below the pause button to collapse the favorites buttons.
