Can someone tell me about these wheels?

I'm at my college and I see this v6 camaro next to me with some really nice wheels on it. Can someone direct me to a place that sells these wheels?

Those are from a spring edition model, I would recommend searching locally on fb and clist and also try ebay.

Looks like the car was lowered??? or maybe larger rims? It seems the clearance on the white and yellow cars are different.

I do like the fitment of the white one...
