The rear Rear-315-705-19 did not work for me. Did not last 1 lap before the car stopped on track. They ate the wiring harness (yes it was moved as well). Anyone running the 305 on the rear?

Well this is concerning...I have my 315's ready to go. I wonder why they worked for others but not you....hmmm. I might be time for me to change the wheels and go for a ride before trailing all the way to the track only to have rubbing issues.

My understanding is that the 705 is a little to tall, they have worked well for others that I witnessed at the track. Perhaps it's because my car is a pre production unit. I have 4 Ferrari take offs for a sweet deal if anyone wants them. Will deliver to Mid-Ohio.315-705-19

Sorry to revive a dead forum, I seen a few ZLE's run with the Pirelli Slicks this past track day and it has me curious if I can run a similar setup they have on my SS with MRC. Currently I have 19x10 ET 20 with 285/35 front and 19x11 ET 43 with 325/30 rear and I seen a set online for sell 275/675/19 and 315/705/19. I am reading 315/705 are pretty tall may/may not fit but I am wondering about the front tire as well? Would it work or would this 275/675/19 and 305/690/19 setup be better?

TTT - curious what guys think of a 705 tire in back on SS 1LE / ZL1 ride height and the lower ride height on ZL1 1LE.
