Awesome customer service from Matt when I ordered the wrong part. He fixed it no problem. The shipping was unbelievable! Ordered a mirror on Thursday and received it on Saturday!

To Legit to Quit! Got my strut tower brace from them and lower in price than anywhere else I could find. Looking to order another part or two within the next day or so.
They've gotten back to me quickly on questions I've had as well. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Got a phone call from Matt within 30 minutes of placing an order to let me know two of the parts I ordered were on back order, and not to be concerned if the order showed up in more than one shipment.
That's actually a bit beyond the level of service I'd expect even from what I've been reading in the thread so far. This thread was actually what persuaded me to pull the trigger too. So, thanks all, you too Matt. |

Sorry to revive a dead thread. Just figured I'd post a recent experience with these guys.
Had a few questions about a few parts contacted them VIA email and Matt replied within 5 minutes on the initial inquiry after that it was almost instant for the replies. I contacted gmpartsdirect.com and gmpartsoutlet.com neither have replied and it's been 3 days. After the first day I just went ahead and bugged Matt some more about parts and he was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Honestly I don't recommend any of the other sites now. Now I'm just waiting on a ZL1 spoiler to be shipped to me |
