looking for ideas to tone down my exhaust

i am running corsa Ls3, kooks Lts with cats plus a cam. i am looking for ideas to tone it down. i honestly love the sound, but i i feel the start up is just to loud for my family in the house and neighbors. nobody has complained because i drive it once or twice a week at around noon. i want to drive it more this year.

i would love to pick up a whole new system, but i am not going to take a hit on a 1200 dollar system.

i have heard of people taking about adding mid mufflers ? will that tone it down a decent amount ? is it worth it ? will it rob any power?

thanks for any ideas.

you should have a real easy time selling your system if you want, i love my kooks lts and hfc, but i know what you mean, i start mine up at 0530 every morning and i feel bad for the neighbors, lol, didnt realize how it really sounded until i got ther remote start installed and started it from the bedroom, wow. Oh well that is the price my neighbors have to pay for getting to look at my nice car, lol, or you could go with a quieter muffler, what mufflers are you running right now?

I hate the few mornings I have to drive to work rather than carpool with my coworker due to how loud my car is. Thankfully, my two closest neighbors are usually leaving with me or have left before I do. It's one drawback of having a nice sounding car and living in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Wow I'm sure it is loud I have the same set up but no cam I'm looking to get a cam for it. Would you happen to have a video so I can here it I don't think I've heard that set up with a cam and I'm dying to. Also IMHO I wouldnt bother changing it if no one is complaining just drive it more and see what happens.
