Nice video. I agree, it's not always about adding HP.. this gives the car better response and is well worth the time for this simply and effective mod. I removed the two screws to the plate and polished it up to mirror finish then reinstalled the plate when I did mine. Never thought about trimming down the plate rod bar. I may give that cross bar a shave after seeing your video.

Just leave the back half, the part that the screw ends stick out of. Then just reattach the blade and trim the extra length of screw. I thought about doing this but I just had Lasik and I can't yet see well enough to even tell what type of head the screws were. Looked like Torx to me but I couldn't get a bit to fit. It was kind of scary porting at all with how my vision is right now. Do me a favor and subscribe to my channel and please share! The more support I get the more time I can invest into mods and videos!
